Auroral Labs provides pet health monitoring technology, including:

• A smart collar device that monitors your pet's vital signs and activity
• A mobile application for accessing your pet's health data
• A web platform for data visualization and analysis
• AI-powered health insights and early disease detection capabilities
• Location tracking and monitoring services

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable Services, we do not guarantee that our Services will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

3. Account Registration

4. Hardware and Software

4.1 Smart Collar Device

The smart collar device is sold subject to our Limited Hardware Warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4.2 Mobile Application

Our mobile application is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. This license grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on compatible devices you own or control.

4.3 Updates

From time to time, we may automatically update our software to improve performance, enhance functionality, fix bugs, or address security issues. You agree to accept these updates as part of the Services.

5. Subscription Plans

Some features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auroral Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auroral Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
